We take quality control very seriously when producing hardwood charcoal, and coconut shell charcoal. Likewise, in providing all kinds of briquettes, it is in accordance with the specifications you have chosen.

We have conducted CARSURIN certified tests to test our products for ash content, moisture, volatile matter, and other important parameters.

You can also monitor and get information from us regularly from the beginning of the transaction, the production process, to the stuffing process. Or you can also hire an independent surveyor to update the information of your goods.

We accept payment via TT bank transfer (Telegraph transfer) to our company account in Indonesia. Our preferred bank is Bank Mandiri (for any currency payment that will be converted in USD or IDR). Our Swift Bank Mandiri code is BMRIIDJA.

We do not accept payments via Western Union, Paypal (except payment for samples & design fees), or other payment methods that cannot be accepted by banks.

Our payment terms require a 50% down payment to start the production process of charcoal and its derivatives. Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production process, which takes approximately 20 working days (production process and packaging order) for all types of charcoal and its derivatives. After the container is shipped, we will prepare shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, invoice, and packing list, which takes about 3-5 days.

We will send you a copy of the B/L and COO, and you will transfer the remaining 50% payment to us. After receiving the payment, we will send you the original documents by DHL or telex release.

We do not accept L/C for orders less 5 containers based on MOQ for each charcoal and its derivatives. However, we accept L/C at sight for all countries for larger orders. We also offer payment terms such as FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW. For the first order with quantities according to the MOQ of each product ordered, including production and packaging orders, it takes 15 - 20 days. This lead time can be reduced if the order is continuous or when ordering a second order.

We ship the charcoal from the port of Surabaya (Tanjung Perak, ID SUB), Indonesia. It takes 12-18 hours to track the container from the charcoal factory to the port. The distance can be covered by car in 5 hours, but trucks move more slowly.

Our hardwood charcoal production capacity is 120 tons per month, and it can be increased according to orders. We use 21 kilns with 3 blowers to ensure a stable and efficient production process. As for our coconut shell charcoal production is 60 tons per month.

For briquette supply, our capacity can reach 200 tons per month for coconut shell and bbq briquette respectively, while sawdust briquette is 150 tons per month.
